connectMLS: CMA – How to Guide – In Person: 2026-08-31

Join us for a training session on effectively utilizing the CMA tool in connectMLS. This class will guide you through creating, personalizing, customizing, and generating professional CMA reports with ease. Learn how to leverage built-in features to streamline the CMA creation process, saving you time while enhancing your presentations. Whether you’re new to CMAs or looking to refine your workflow, this class will equip you with the skills needed to maximize the tool’s potential.

⚠ Please note: This session will focus on the functionality of the CMA tool itself and will not cover how to calculate property adjustments and not how to find comparable properties.

Registration closes 8AM the day prior to the course date.

If you are registering for Continuing Education (CE) credit, you must be present for the full instructional time in accordance with TREC Rule 535.65. Participants arriving after the class has begun will not be eligible to receive CE credit.

We recommend you bring a laptop or other mobile device to follow along with the training activities. The class will take place upstairs in the Alamo Room. Convenient parking is available on the upper level for easy access.
