This class meets the 3-hour TREC contracts requirement for your license renewal.
This class concentrates on the documents which may be required in connection with the contracts and agreements used in Texas REALTORS everyday business practices. It is primarily designed for agents who want to maintain a high degree of competency on including and explaining what their clients need to know in order to make an informed decision concerning their transaction.
The content of this course centers attention on the 1-4 Family Residential Contract, the Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement, and the Residential Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement. The goal is that students become more comfortable with the content of the documents, the appropriate transaction for each, and can explain them flawlessly to their clients.
