GRI: Contracts to Closing (SAE)(4 Days)

The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Designation is one of the most prestigious and widely recognized designations available to the real estate professional & a powerful tool to attract and build new business. REALTORS® who successfully complete all three GRI courses have the privilege of joining the ranks of the elite group of REALTORS® Institute graduates.
GRI: Contracts to Closing is a required course for REALTORS® to become eligible to obtain the distinguished GRI designation. The topics it includes are:
– Lending essentials,
– Residential contracts,
– Appraisals,
– Surveys,
– Negotiations,
– Fair housing, and
– Diversity.
Participants earn 30 hours of core credit toward the required Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) or broker’s license.

To earn the GRI Designation, all three (3) courses have to be completed:
GRI: Contracts to Closing
GRI: Business Skills
GRI: Brokerage
