This class meets the 3 hour contracts TREC requirement for your license renewal.
This three-hour course will cover the One to Four Family Residential Contract and the forms that are commonly used when working with buyers. We will discuss what goes in the blanks, reasonable time frames, negotiable items and how to use special provisions. At the conclusion of class students should have a clear understanding of their duties and obligations to their buyers. This course will benefit Realtors because it will improve their contract knowledge and they will learn why it’s so important for their paperwork to be completed correctly and thoroughly. Realtors should take this class to fully understand how to represent a buyer.
It’s a good idea to have a pen and highlighter ready to take notes.
